Terms of Service (ToS) – LILITH

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (ToS) aim to define the terms of access, navigation, and use of the LILITH application and website, offered by LILITH, SAS registered with the RCS under number 941 312 720, whose registered office is located at 218 avenue du Général Leclerc, 77190 Dammarie-les-Lys.

By accessing or using LILITH, the user accepts these ToS without reservation.

2. Service Access

The LILITH service is accessible:

• via the website www.lilith.paris.

Some features are accessible for free, while others require a paid subscription.

3. Registration Conditions

Registration is reserved for adults (18 years or older).

Each user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating their profile and to update it regularly. It is forbidden to create a fake profile or impersonate another person.

4. User Behavior

LILITH is a platform dedicated to dating and expression of desires in a respectful, inclusive, and secure environment.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing behavior;
• Publication of hateful, illegal, child pornography, violent content, or content inciting hatred;
• Fraud, scams, or promotion of illegal services;
• Sending spam or unsolicited advertising.

Moderation reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Only one Premium plan is offered: €16.99/month, €39.99/3 months (€13.33/month), €89.99/12 months

These subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed, unless terminated by the user before the renewal date.

Payment is made by credit card through a secure provider.

6. Personal Data

LILITH collects personal data as part of the platform's operation (profile, geolocation, preferences...).

7. Intellectual Property

All content present on LILITH (texts, logo, design, database, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of LILITH company.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Moderation and Reporting

LILITH implements human and algorithmic moderation to ensure compliance with the rules.

Any user can report content or a profile via the reporting buttons integrated into the app. A dedicated team processes alerts as quickly as possible.

9. Liability

LILITH cannot be held responsible for:

• Incorrect or falsified information provided by users;
• Physical meetings organized between users;
• Any damages suffered due to a third party or content published by a member.

10. Termination

LILITH reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates the ToS, without notice or refund.

The user can delete their account at any time from the application.

11. Modification of ToS

These ToS may be modified at any time. Users will be informed via the app or by email.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

12. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of LILITH company's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
